Delivery Areas & Costs
We are proud to be a Durban-based business! We offer the following shipping options:
Durban Local (0-25km from CBD): R55 Flat Rate (1-2 business days).
Nationwide (Rest of South Africa): R95 Flat Rate (3-5 business days).
Free Shipping: All orders over R800 ship for free anywhere in South Africa.
Local Pickup: Free collection is available from our point in Umhlanga. We will notify you via email/WhatsApp when your order is ready.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is with the courier.
Our Partners
We primarily use The Courier Guy and Pudo to ensure your package arrives safely at your door or your nearest locker.
Returns & Refunds Policy
7-Day "Cooling Off" Period
In accordance with the ECT Act, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your order for any reason, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in the same condition you received it (unworn/unused).
Original tags and packaging must be intact.
Proof of purchase (your order email) is required.
Note: Sale items and [e.g., earrings/perishables] cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to Start a Return

Defective Items: If the item is damaged or wrong, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Change of Mind: If you are returning for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost to our Durban office.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
